On Quasi-interpolation with Radial Basis Functions

The author shows that infinite linear combinations of translates of radial functions can be defined that provide polynomial exactness in spaces whose dimensions are not restricted to a prescribed parity as it was usually assumed. Two‐Way Shape Memory Polymer Composite Gripper for Adaptive Robotic Applications

A two‐way shape memory polymer (SMP) composite is developed with intrinsic shape‐changing capability driven solely by temperature, eliminating external actuation loads. Embedding the SMP in a low‐stiffness elastomeric matrix enabled reversible transformations during heating and cooling cycles.

Directional Latent Hybridization: Beyond Random Noise in Physics‐Informed Generative Inverse Design of Nonlinear Metamaterials

A physics‐informed generative framework introduces Directional Latent Hybridization (DLH) for the deterministic inverse design of nonlinear metamaterials.
