Exploring the Ideal MHD Quasi-Modes of a Plasma Interface with a Thick Nonuniform Transition

open access: yesPhysics, 2022
Nonuniform plasma across an imposed magnetic field, such as those present in the solar atmosphere, can support collective Alfvénic oscillations with a characteristic damping time. The damped transverse oscillations of coronal loops are an example of this

Quasi-prime ideals

open access: yes, 2018
In this paper, the new concept of quasi-prime ideal is introduced which at the same time generalizes the `prime ideal' and `primary ideal' notions. Then a natural topology on the set of quasi-prime ideals of a ring is introduced which generalizes the Zariski topology.

Quasi Centralizers and Inner Derivations in a Closed Ideal of a Complex Banach Algebra [PDF]

open access: yesمجلة جامعة النجاح للأبحاث العلوم الطبيعية, 2004
In this paper we show that, for an ideal J of a unital complex Banach algebra A, we have (i) under certain conditions the ? -quasi centralizer, the quasi centralizer, and the centralizer of J are all identical, and so they are subsets of the ?

C-compactness modulo an ideal

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2006
We investigate the concepts of quasi-H-closed modulo an ideal which generalizes quasi-H-closedness and C-compactness modulo an ideal which simultaneously generalizes C-compactness and compactness modulo an ideal. We obtain a characterization of maximal C-

Rafting of Ni‐Based Superalloys Under Multiaxial Load as Understood by Phase‐Field Simulations and Critical Experiments

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Phase‐field simulations coupled with dislocation‐density‐based crystal plasticity modeling reproduce γ′ rafting behavior in single‐crystal Ni‐based superalloys under varied loading conditions. The model captures both macroscopic creep and microscopic morphology evolution, with results matching high‐temperature creep experiments.

All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Rings with quasi-projective left ideals [PDF]

open access: yesPacific Journal of Mathematics, 1975
A ring R is a left qp -ring if each of its left ideals is quasi-projective as a left R -module in the sense of Wu and Jans. The following results giving the structure of left qp -rings are obtained. Throughout R is a perfect ring with radical N: (1) Let R be local.

Printed Integrated Logic Circuits Based on Chitosan‐Gated Organic Transistors for Future Edible Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Edible electronics needs integrated logic circuits for computation and control. This work presents a potentially edible printed chitosan‐gated transistor with a design optimized for integration in circuits. Its implementation in integrated logic gates and circuits operating at low voltage (0.7 V) is demonstrated, as well as the compatibility with an ...

A Quasi open‐loop robust three‐phase grid‐synchronization technique for non‐ideal grid

open access: yesIET Generation, Transmission & Distribution, 2021
Development of advanced grid‐synchronization technique for unbalanced and distorted grid is considered in this paper. In this context, self‐tuning filter (STF) is considered to extract the fundamental component from the measured unbalanced and distorted ...

Highly Sensitive Electrochemical Biosensor Based on Hairy Particles with Controllable High Enzyme Loading and Activity

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
For the first time, a highly sensitive electrochemical biosensor based on SiO2‐based hairy particles with a grafted PDMAEMA polymer brush containing a quantifiable and large amount of immobilized Laccase is reported. The fabricated biosensor exhibits a sensitivity of 0.14 A·m⁻¹, a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.1 µm, and a detection range of 0.3–750 µm,
