Physical Origin of Temperature Induced Activation Energy Switching in Electrically Conductive Cement
The temperature‐induced Arrhenius activation energy switching phenomenon of electrical conduction in electrically conductive cement originates from structural degradation within the biphasic ionic‐electronic conduction architecture and shows percolation‐governed characteristics: pore network opening dominates the low‐percolation regime with downward ...

Robust C–V Ratio Technique for Profiling Defects in Proton‐Irradiated 4H‐SiC
A noise‐robust C–V ratio technique is introduced to profile radiation‐induced defects in proton‐irradiated 4H‐SiC Schottky diodes. By using analytical capacitance ratios instead of numerical differentiation, the method directly extracts trap‐density and effective trap‐energy profiles at room temperature.

Discretely normed orders of quaternionic algebras [PDF]
Tato práce shrnuje autorův výzkum v oblasti teorie kvaternionových algeber, jejich izomorfismů a maximálních řádů. Nový úhel pohledu na tuto problematiku je umožněn využitím pojmu diskrétní normy.

Common Slots of Bilinear and Quadratic Pfister Forms
We show that over any field $F$ of $\operatorname{char}(F)=2$ and 2-rank $n$, there exist $2^n$ bilinear $n$-fold Pfister forms that have no slot in common. This answers a question of Becher's in the negative.

A crystal graph neural network based on the attention mechanism is proposed in this work. The model dynamically weights features through the attention mechanism, enabling precise prediction of properties of material from structural features. Here, taking Janus III–VI van der Waals heterostructures as a representative case, the properties have been ...

Free Subgroups of Quaternion Algebras [PDF]
Using the theory of group actions on trees, we shall prove that if a quaternion algebra over Laurant polynomials is not split then a certain congruence subgroup of the group of norm one elements is a free group. This generalizes and gives an easy, conceptually simpler proof than that given by Pollen for the field of real numbers.

This article investigates how persistent homology, persistent Laplacians, and persistent commutative algebra reveal complementary geometric, topological, and algebraic invariants or signatures of real‐world data. By analyzing shapes, synthetic complexes, fullerenes, and biomolecules, the article shows how these mathematical frameworks enhance ...
