Lie derivatives on real hypersurfaces in a complex projective space [PDF]
summary:We characterize homogeneous real hypersurfaces $M$’s of type $(A_1)$, $(A_2)$ and $(B)$ of a complex projective space in the class of real hypersurfaces by studying the holomorphic distribution $T^0M$ of $M$

Single‐cell DNA methylation (scDNAme) profiling maps epimutational clonal evolution, revealing mechanisms of malignancy and therapeutic resistance across diverse cancer types. By providing a high‐resolution landscape of intratumoral heterogeneity, these technologies empower precise patient stratification, guide the development of enhanced ...

Involutions on the product of Quaternionic Projective space and Sphere
Let G = Z2 act on a finite CW-complex X having mod 2 cohomology isomorphic to the product of quaternionic projective space and sphere HPn x Sm, n, m > or = 1. This paper is concerned with the connected fixed point sets and the orbit spaces of free involutions on X.

Spatial biology in cancer epigenetics
Spatial epigenomics combines molecular profiling with tissue architecture to reveal how gene regulation is organized within intact tissues. In cancer, these technologies uncover the mechanisms driving tumor heterogeneity and microenvironmental interactions, opening new opportunities for biomarker discovery and precision medicine.

This thesis is concerned with Hopf hypersurfaces of Kähler and nearly Kähler manifolds and gives special emphasis to the cases of hypersurfaces of complex projective spaces and of the 6-sphere endowed with its nearly Kähler almost complex structure ...

Tumour heterogeneity and clonal evolution of metastatic salivary gland cancer were evaluated in two patients with adenoid carcinoma and one patient with myoepithelial carcinoma. Radiology‐guided autopsy enabled multi‐region sampling (total samples n = 149), followed by whole‐genome sequencing and phylogenetic reconstruction (17 tumour samples, 4–7 per ...

Taxanes are widely used chemotherapeutics whose effects on cellular mechanics remain poorly understood. We show that paclitaxel induces rapid cellular contraction by promoting GEF‐H1 dissociation from microtubules and non‐muscle myosin II activation through RhoA/ROCK.

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

The maximal codegree of the quaternionic projective spaces
Let \(\alpha\) be a k-dimensional orientable real vector bundle over a finite connected CW-complex X with Thom space \(X^{\alpha}\) and i: \(S^ k=\{x_ 0\}^{\alpha}\to X^{\alpha}\) the canonical inclusion. For a multiplicative cohomology theory \(E^*\) with unit 1 define the E- codegree of \(\alpha\), \(cd^ E(\alpha)\) to be the smallest \(n\in {\mathbb{

ON A COMPACT AND MINIMAL REAL HYPERSURFACE IN A QUATERNIONIC PROJECTIVE SPACE
Let \(\mathbb Q\mathbb P^n\) be a quaternionic projective space of real dimension \(4n\) \((n\geq 2)\), with the Fubini-Study metric of constant \(\mathbb Q\)-sectional curvature 4 and \(M^{\mathbb Q}_{0, n-1}\) be the geodesic minimal hypersphere of \(\mathbb Q\mathbb P^n\). The authors give a new characterization of the hypersphere \(M^{\mathbb Q}_{0,
