FANDA: A Novel Approach to Perform Follow-up Query Analysis [PDF]
Recent work on Natural Language Interfaces to Databases (NLIDB) has attracted considerable attention. NLIDB allow users to search databases using natural language instead of SQL-like query languages. While saving the users from having to learn query languages, multi-turn interaction with NLIDB usually involves multiple queries where contextual ...

Nesting Depth of Operators in Graph Database Queries: Expressiveness Vs. Evaluation Complexity [PDF]
Designing query languages for graph structured data is an active field of research, where expressiveness and efficient algorithms for query evaluation are conflicting goals. To better handle dynamically changing data, recent work has been done on designing query languages that can compare values stored in the graph database, without hard coding the ...

Nonlinearity and Domain Switching in a 3D‐Printed Architected Ferroelectric
By combining functional properties measurement with in situ 2D X‐ray microdiffraction experiments, it is shown that nonlinear polarization and strain responses of a 3D‐printed architected ferroelectric are driven by localized progression of domain switching, which depends on nonuniform electric‐field distribution as well as evolving stress fields.

Copper sulfide based electrocatalysts for CO2 conversion are selective for production of formate as major product. Transformations under electrochemical conditions result in significant sulfur loss, and this study examines the nature of how persistent, residual sulfur (observed as surface SO42– species and S dissolved in the electrolyte) can sustain ...
