Advanced Materials, EarlyView.Helper and ionizable lipids play a crucial role in determining ApoE binding and subsequent liver tropism and LDLR‐mediated uptake. Ionizable lipids primarily govern the LDLR‐independent uptake pathway. This complementary interplay between lipid components ultimately governs LNP delivery performance and therapeutic efficacy in the liver.

Inhaled Angiopoietin‐Like 4 Antisense Oligonucleotide Therapy for Lung Injury and Fibrosis
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Inhaled antisense oligonucleotides targeting ANGPTL4 attenuate inflammation, preserve barrier integrity, and reduce fibrosis in both infectious and sterile lung injury models. Integrated transcriptomic analysis reveals a conserved ANGPTL4‐regulated gene network coordinating hypoxic, inflammatory, apoptotic, and stress‐response pathways.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Antibody drug conjugates deliver their cytotoxic anti‐tubulin or topoisomerase I inhibitor payloads to tumors through cancer cell receptor targeting.
