Evaluating Critical Factors Impacting Real Estate Development Decisions
We find that critical factors affecting real estate project decisions can vary while market changes in the city of Ahmedabad have led to the majority of landmark buildings facing obsolesce, redevelopment and spatial redundancy. Case studies can assist in

The transformation of CO2 into chemical building blocks is essential for a net‐zero energy future. Plasma‐chemical processing offers promising potential to achieve this. Here, we explore a temperature‐dependent plasma‐chemical reaction mechanism, revealing a shift from electron‐driven to thermal‐driven CO2 conversion regimes.

Proteolytic processing of a peptide precursor in Aplysia neuron R14.
The large neurons of the mollusc Aplysia are useful for studying the biogenesis of neuropeptides in single cells. Neuron R14 in the abdominal ganglion synthesizes large quantities of a 10-kDa neuropeptide precursor. The amino acid sequence of this precursor has been defined by analysis of the nucleotide sequence of a cDNA clone.

This study presents a novel 3‐reactor chemical looping system for CO2 capture and subsequent utilization with biomass and natural gas for producing liquid fuels. Using Ca2Fe2O5\Fe2O3 oxygen carriers, it achieves 60% CO2 capture efficiency, ∼80% syngas purity, and autothermal operation, offering a scalable, carbon‐negative route to sustainable fuels ...

Dysfunctional Conformational Dynamics of Protein Kinase a from R14 Deletion of Phospholamban [PDF]
Protein Kinase A (PKA) is a ubiquitous signaling enzyme responsible that mediates a myriad of cellular signaling events. A target of PKA during regulation of muscle contraction is Phospholamban (PLN). PLN phosphorylation reverses its inhibitory effect on the sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase (SERCA), increasing SERCA's affinity for Ca2+ ions and ...

This graphical abstract summarizes a workflow‐based Reflex rule optimization for the Sysmex XN‐9100 automated hematology line. A total of 78,364 routine complete blood count samples were analyzed by middleware simulation. The optimized strategy differentiated initial from follow‐up visit samples, incorporated 7‐day historical fluctuation thresholds ...

Influences of glycine and neuron R14 on contraction of the anterior aorta of Aplysia.
Firing neuron R14 in the Aplysia parietovisceral ganglion enhances the force of stimulated contractions and causes rhythmic contractions rather than individual contractions in response to a single stimulation of the anterior aorta of Aplysia. Bath application of 1.0 mM glycine to the artery causes a small depolarization, rhythmic contractions and ...

Abstract Background The effectiveness of platelet‐rich plasma (PRP) injections in chronic tendinopathies remains debated. Although the product's characteristics play a role, the impact of postinjection recommendations remains poorly investigated. Objective To establish principles and guidelines for post‐PRP injection rehabilitation and return to ...
