Mol Plant PatholIn Fusarium asiaticum, two homologous SdhC subunits (FaSdhC1/C2) regulate sensitivity to SDHI fungicides: deletion of FaSDHC1 decreases sensitivity, while deletion of FaSDHC2 increases it. Multiple mutations in ΔFaSDHC2 confer resistance to SDHI fungicides.
