Sequential Optimization of Multivariate Metal–Organic Framework Based Biocatalysis

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
A sequential Latin hypercube sampling–coupled Bayesian optimization (LHS‐BO) workflow integrates multivariate zirconium‐based metal–organic framework based biocomposite (E‐MOF) design with enzyme biocascade reaction optimization. The optimized E‐MOFs stabilize glucose oxidase and horseradish peroxidase in bioactive conformation, exhibiting high ...

Housing Price Prediction - Machine Learning and Geostatistical Methods

open access: yesReal Estate Management and Valuation
Machine learning algorithms are increasingly often used to predict real estate prices because they generate more accurate results than conventional statistical or geostatistical methods.

Models of Anisotropic Self-Gravitating Source in Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet Gravity

open access: yes, 2018
In this paper, we have studied gravitational collapse and expansion of non-static anisotropic fluid in $5D$ Einstein Gauss-Bonnet gravity. For this purpose, the field equations have been modeled and evaluated for the given source and geometry.

Feasibility and acceptability of meticillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus biosecurity measures in equine facilities: A cross‐sectional study

open access: yesVeterinary Record, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Biosecurity measures are recommended in stables housing meticillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)‐positive horses, but their feasibility and acceptability, as well as their implementation barriers, remain unclear. Methods A cross‐sectional study was conducted among clients of a veterinary teaching hospital using an online ...

Evaluation of forced oscilometry technique's parameters in severe obstructive sleep apnea patients without breathing disorder

open access: yesJournal of Family Medicine and Primary Care, 2020
Background: Forced oscillometry technique (FOT) is a noninvasive technique that measures reactance and resistance capacity of the lung and is a practical and less time-consuming technique for respiratory effort assessment.

PERAN R20 DAN BENTUK KRITIK TERHADAP SEKULARISASI

open access: yesMatriks Jurnal Sosial dan Sains
The diversity of human beliefs becomes a fertile ground for building a strong voice in political competition. The fusion of religion and politics to achieve a goal creates various conflicts because these two elements should not be combined while carrying the idea of secularism.

Nasal Airway Transcriptome Reflects Selected Asthma‐Associated Gene Signatures in the Lower Airways

open access: yesAllergy, EarlyView.
Seven genes and two gene modules were consistently associated with asthma in both airway compartments in ARMS and were validated in ATLANTIS. The two modules reflected IL‐13 related inflammation and mast cell activity, respectively. Nasal gene signatures provide a non‐invasive proxy for selected bronchial asthma‐associated gene signatures. Numerical Regularized Moment Method of Arbitrary Order for Boltzmann-BGK Equation

open access: yes, 2010
We introduce a numerical method for solving Grad's moment equations or regularized moment equations for arbitrary order of moments. In our algorithm, we do not need explicitly the moment equations.

A model for Hopfions on the space-time S^3 x R

open access: yes, 2004
We construct static and time dependent exact soliton solutions for a theory of scalar fields taking values on a wide class of two dimensional target spaces, and defined on the four dimensional space-time S^3 x R.
