Chemie Ingenieur Technik, Volume 97, Issue 1-2, Page 43-50, February 2025.An enhanced tube which is optimized for pool boiling was examined with the refrigerants R134a, R1234ze(E), and propane. The measured heat transfer coefficient is compared to literature‐based correlations and also the transferability. For a better prediction of the shell‐side heat transfer coefficient a new correlation is proposed.

AgNPs were synthesized and confirmed through X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and then introduced to the VCRS.
