Near-Perfect Codes for Binary-Coded Radix-r Arithmetic Units
IEEE Transactions on Computers, 1983Summary: This paper considers AN arithmetic codes with radix \(r > 2\) and binary-coded digits (BCr) using weights. The error-correcting capability of the AN codes is single bit within any BCr digit, that is, the corrected errors are of the form \(\pm w_ir^j\) where \(w_i\) are the weights of the BCr code.

As the previous chapters have shown, multiple techniques are available in R for powerful data-driven insights and analysis. For the average business analyst, well-designed GUID tools that are stable to use, pull data and models, and report them are essential, and all these are available within various R subcomponents and packages. Abstract This appendix provides R codes to reproduce all the analyses and figures presented in the book. It starts with reading the data, goes through data processing, and focuses on step-by-step commented codes for each figure and table. It uses the {sf} environment and a number of R packages that deal with specific problems.

Introduction to R Code Implementation
2011This appendix includes a brief introduction to the implementation of super learning and the TMLE in R. Packages and supplementary code are posted online at http://www.targetedlearningbook.com. We conclude with a few coding guides for data structures and research questions presented in Parts II–IX.
