Inverse Design of Pre‐Strain via a Predictive Electromechanical Model for Enhanced Strain Sensing

Advanced Science, EarlyView.A conductive ZrB2 ceramic composite strategy was developed for Mg3(Sb, Bi)2 thermoelectrics to regulate carrier transport and phonon scattering through heterointerface engineering. The 1.0 wt.% ZrB2 composite achieved enhanced room‐temperature performance, with a power factor of 28.51 µW cm−1 K−2 and a peak ZT of 1.22 at 573 K.

Giant Magneto‐Optical Effects in Two‐Dimensional Flat‐Band Antiferromagnets
Advanced Science, EarlyView.RuOCl2${\rm RuOCl}{_2}$, a two‐dimensional antiferromagnet, hosts energy bands with pronounced directional flatness. This study demonstrates that the flat‐band‐induced optical transitions yield strongly anisotropic absorption and a record‐large magneto‐optical Schafer–Hubert effect, alongside exceptional linear dichroism exceeding 50%.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Intrinsic random telegraph noise in metal–oxide–semiconductor field‐effect transistors is harnessed to create gate‐tunable probabilistic bits. By modulating carrier‐trapping dynamics, the device produces stochastic binary outputs with a continuous bias‐to‐probability transfer.
