Ten ethnic groups were placed in rank order by 60 Princeton students on the basis of preference for association with their members. The ranking was similar to the results reported by other investigators. Minor exceptions occurred in the case of the Jews and Japanese, who were placed somewhat lower and higher, respectively, than in other studies.
