An Integrated DNA Nanoprobe for Intranuclear Imaging and in Situ Profiling of OGG1 Activity

The TP‐SA nanoprobe, integrating an AS1411 aptamer for nuclear delivery and a FRET array for signal amplification, enables real‐time tracking of nuclear OGG1 activity. It reveals cell‐line‐specific basal OGG1 levels and shows clinical promise using pneumonia patients’ lavage fluid.

Artificial Intelligence‐Based Body Composition Analysis Reveals Sex‐Specific Prognostic Markers and Their Clinical Value in Gastric Cancer: A Multicenter Study

This study applied AI to quantify multidimensional body composition from CT images in gastric cancer and healthy controls. Distinct sex‐specific patterns and disease‐related alterations were identified and were associated with survival. Higher muscle and fat measures were linked to improved outcomes.

Efficient Direct Recycling of Spent Batteries: Integrated Lithiation and Delamination

An integrated process for the delamination and relithiation of spent cathodes, LixNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 and LixFePO4, under open‐air conditions is proposed. The transition‐metal (Ni) oxidation state in the cathode is reduced by the oxidation of diethylene glycol, facilitating relithiation. Glycol aldehyde formation induces 100% electrode delamination.

Beyond d‐Band Catalysis: A Critical Review and Descriptor Framework for Rare‐Earth Engineering in Lithium–Sulfur Batteries
