A broadband random metasurface for Radar Cross Section reduction

A broadband random metasurface for Radar Cross Section (RCS) reduction is proposed in this paper. The metasurface is composed of double multi-folded loop elements. By adjusting the size of each element, different reflection phases are obtained. Thus the incident plane wave is scattered into arbitrary directions.
