Liu et al. define a systems‐level interactome of fibroadipogenic progenitor (FAP)‐mediated signaling in skeletal muscle by integrating single‐cell transcriptomics with FAP depletion‐based perturbation analysis. Functional interrogation using a conditioned media bioassay links predicted signaling to multicellular outcomes, establishing a framework to ...

Dissecting the Ecological Structure of Health and Disease in the Global Gut Microbiome
We introduce Wiredancer, a framework that identifies three continuous ecological factors of the gut microbiota. These factors exhibit distinct patterns across health and disease, jointly capturing disrupted ecological stability and offering a new perspective for precision diagnostics and therapeutic strategies.

Fundamental aspects of netted radar performance
Netted radar employs several spatially distributed transmitters and receivers for information retrieval. This system topology offers many advantages over traditional monostatic and bistatic systems which use a single transmitter and a single receiver ...

Ship and Oil-Spill Detection Using the Degree of Polarization in Linear and Hybrid/Compact Dual-Pol SAR [PDF]
Monitoring and detection of ships and oil spills using synthetic aperture radar (SAR) have received a considerable attention over the past few years, notably due to the wide area coverage and day and night all-weather capabilities of SAR systems.

The pholidota‐inspired electronic skin is successfully constructed, originally realized four‐state reversible switching of terahertz‐wave reflection, absorption, transmission, and secondary reflection. In response to external demands, it issues deformation instructions, verifies the deformation state after the equipment executes the action, and thus ...

Concept Design of a Near-Space Radar for Maritime Surveillance and Near-Field Tsunami Early-Warning
Off-shore detection of Tsunami waves is a critical component of an effective Tsunami early warning system (TEWS). Even more critical is the off-shore detection of local Tsunamis, namely Tsunamis that strike coastal areas within minutes from the ...

A single‐cell atlas of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma development reveals progressive ductal‐fibroblast‐immune crosstalk. Tumor‐derived LAMB3 drives the formation of immunosuppressive LRRC15+ fibroblasts through the ITGB1/FAK/MAPK/FOSL2 signaling. Glycolytic reprogramming upregulates LAMB3 and correlates with LRRC15+ fibroblast enrichment.

Landmine Internal Structure Detection from Ground Penetrating Radar Images [PDF]
Reliable landmine detection is still an unresolved problem. Demining operations are complex activities because of the large variety of existing landmine types, many different possible soil and terrain conditions, and environmental circumstances.
