This review examines the design, application, and manufacturing of biomimetic or engineered micro/nanostructures for managing high heat‐flux in multi‐level electronics by enhancing conductive, convective, phase‐changing, and radiative heat transfer mechanisms, highlighting their potential for efficient, targeted thermal management, and future prospects.

Dendrimers Improve Apolipoprotein Nanoparticle mRNA Delivery to Immune Cells

Microbubble Shell Stiffness Engineering Enhances Ultrasound Imaging, Drug Delivery, and Sonoporation
Shell‐engineered poly(alkyl cyanoacrylate) microbubbles with tunable stiffness improve ultrasound imaging and therapy. Adjusting the length of the alkyl chain and the glass transition temperature maintains a narrow microbubble size distribution while enhancing drug loading, sonoporation and the acoustic response.
