Is Gravitational Radiation a Radiation of the Same Level as Electromagnetic Radiation?
The notion of gravitational radiation as a radiation of the same level as the electromagnetic radiation is based on the theoretically proven and experimentally confirmed facts of the existence of stationary states of an electron in its gravitational field, characterized by the gravitational constant K = 1042 G (G is Newtonian gravitational constant ...

DNA Damage and Repair in Plants under Ultraviolet and Ionizing Radiations
Being sessile, plants are continuously exposed to DNA-damaging agents present in the environment such as ultraviolet (UV) and ionizing radiations (IR). Sunlight acts as an energy source for photosynthetic plants; hence, avoidance of UV radiations (namely,

Identifying prognostic targets in metastatic prostate cancer beyond AR
Genome‐wide functional screens combined with a large gene expression database and clinical outcomes can identify new therapeutic vulnerabilities in prostate cancer. Eight potentially druggable targets demonstrated strong dependency in cell lines, were associated with worse prognosis clinically, and showed evidence of protein expression in prostate ...

On the complexity of triggering evolutionary radiations.
Recent developments in phylogenetic methods have made it possible to reconstruct evolutionary radiations from extant taxa, but identifying the triggers of radiations is still problematic.

Preparation and characterization of renal cell peptides from fetal rats for their antitumor activity
This study aimed to prepare renal cells (RCs) from fetal rats which were digested by enzymes. Candidate peptides RCPs were characterized by capillary HPLC and MS and their bioactivity was predicted using peptideranker. The predicted top 10 bioactive peptides were synthesized.

Temperate radiations and dying embers of a tropical past: the diversification of Viburnum.
We used a near-complete phylogeny for the angiosperm clade Viburnum to assess lineage diversification rates, and to examine possible morphological and ecological factors driving radiations.

The War of Waves - Media Vision [PDF]
: Nowadays, the world is undergoing a distressing transformation, transitioning from a viral warfare to a conflict centred on radiations. The former seeks to annihilate the physical body, while the latter aims to undermine the human psyche. Therefore, in

Abstract We show how to encode the radiative degrees of freedom in 4-dimensional asymptotically AdS spacetimes, using the boundary Cotton and stress tensors. Background radiation leads to a reduction of the asymptotic symmetry group, in contrast to asymptotically flat spacetimes, where a non-vanishing news tensor does not restrict ...
