Radio continuum emission in ring galaxies
Radio emission was found in two (Arp 118 and Arp 148) of 27 ring-type galaxies searched with the NRAO interferometer to a detection limit of about 10 mJy at 11.1 cm. These two were also observed at 6 cm with the higher sensitivity and resolution of the VLA.

Detection of radio continuum emission from Procyon
We have detected the F5 IV-V star Procyon as a weak and variable 3.6 cm radio continuum source using the VLA. The inferred radio luminosity is similar to, though some-what higher than, the X-band luminosity of the active and flaring sun. The 33 micro-Jy flux density level at which we detected Procyon on four of five occasions is close to the 36 micro ...

Optical polarimetry studies of Seyfert galaxies [PDF]
Optical imaging polarimetry has been performed on seven nearby Seyfert galaxies, three with face-on and four with edge-on host galaxies of various morphological classifications.

Cathodic Cage Plasma Deposition of Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se Coatings on Poly(methyl Methacrylate)
Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se coatings are deposited on PMMA by a modified cathodic cage plasma process, enabling low‐temperature deposition on polymer substrates. A transition from discontinuous to compact morphology is observed with temperature, with optimal properties at 200°C, where improved CuFeSe2‐type bonding, lowest sheet resistance, and favorable ...

JWST observes the assembly of a massive galaxy at $z\sim4$
We present JWST observations of the radio galaxy TGSSJ1530+1049, spectroscopically confirmed at $z=4.0$. NIRCam images and NIRSpec/IFU spectroscopy ($R=2700$) show that TGSSJ1530+1049 is part of one of the densest-known structures of continuum and line ...

RADIO CONTINUUM EMISSION FROM FS CMA STARS
RESUMEN Las estrellas tipo FS CMa muestran espectrosópticos con líneas de emisión y fuertes excesos infrarrojos. Se sabe muy poco de sus características en ondas de radio.

The Solar Wind in Time II: 3D stellar wind structure and radio emission [PDF]
International audienceIn this work, we simulate the evolution of the solar wind along its main-sequence lifetime andcompute its thermal radio emission. To study the evolution of the solar wind, we use a sample ofsolar mass stars at different ages.

A distinct semi‐confined inner‐tube chemical vapor deposition geometry enables reproducible, large‐area growth of phase‐pure 2D β′‐In2Se3 from InI + Se precursors. Engineering local vapor transport and optimizing precursor delivery and temperature–time conditions yield uniform continuous films.

The characteristic polarized radio continuum distribution of cluster spiral galaxies [PDF]
Deep observations are presented of the 6 cm polarized radio continuum emission of 8 Virgo spiral galaxies. All galaxies show strongly asymmetric distributions of polarized intensity with elongated ridges located in the outer galactic disk. These features
