Mechanochemically Programmed, Oligomer‐Selective Amyloid Assembly via Axial Rotation

Small, EarlyView.
Tunable axial rotation mechanically redirects amyloid assembly without chemical additives. Low rotational speeds favor fibril maturation, whereas high‐speed rotation suppresses productive fibril amplification and biases the pathway toward oligomer‐enriched assemblies.

Competitive SELEX Strategy for High‐Affinity Aptamer Isolation and Enhanced Biosensing

A novel competitive SELEX strategy was developed to isolate high‐affinity aptamers by using a lower‐affinity competitor during the selection process. This approach enabled the identification of an aptamer with exceptional binding affinity, significantly improving target detection sensitivity.

Layered double hydroxides (LDHs) are pH‐responsive nanomaterials with broad biomedical applications. This review summarizes LDH synthesis methods and compares their advantages. It highlights LDHs' progress in cancer therapy, including chemo‐photothermal, chemo‐immunotherapy, and photodynamic‐immunotherapy combinations and their potential in bone repair.
