Surgical Treatment of Tremor Syndromes: A Guide to the Clinician
Abstract Background Tremor is a common feature of multiple neurological conditions, and while medications can be effective in mild cases, surgical interventions are often required in moderate–severe syndromes or when medication side‐effects are unacceptable.

Computed tomography (CT) images are stored at a 12-bit depth. However, many deep learning libraries and pre-trained models are designed for 8-bit images, requiring an intermediate compression step before restoring the original 12-bit physical range. This

The graphical abstract outlines the progressive development and impact of stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) and stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT). Technological Evolution illustrates the transition from brachytherapy with single‐dose, LDR/HDR schedules to fractionated radiotherapy, three‐dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) and Gamma Knife ...

The Eye Never Lies: When A Lesion Unveils Lung Cancer
We present a rare case of asymptomatic primary lung adenocarcinoma that first manifested with ocular symptoms and an iris lesion. ABSTRACT Ocular manifestations rarely represent the first sign of systemic malignancy and often pose a diagnostic challenge. While choroidal metastases are more common, iris involvement is uncommon and may be underrecognized.

Primary pulmonary leiomyosarcoma is a rare malignant tumour that is often difficult to diagnose. We report a case that was successfully diagnosed using endobronchial ultrasound‐guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS‐TBNA) of a mediastinal lymph node. This case highlights the diagnostic value of EBUS‐TBNA in rare pulmonary sarcomas.

This multicenter prospective study of 380 patients with giant cerebral arteriovenous malformations (> 6 cm) found an overall annual rupture rate of 3.6%. Interventional treatment did not decrease long‐term hemorrhagic stroke or death compared with conservative management and carried higher risks of hemorrhage and neurological deterioration.

Neural Network Models for Prostate Zones Segmentation in Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Prostate cancer (PCa) is one of the most common tumors diagnosed in men worldwide, with approximately 1.7 million new cases expected by 2030. Most cancerous lesions in PCa are located in the peripheral zone (PZ); therefore, accurate identification of the

ABSTRACT Dogs with intracranial tumours routinely receive radiotherapy, yet species‐specific dose–volume constraints for normal brain tissue remain undefined. In human radiation oncology, exceeding certain brain dose–volume thresholds markedly increases the risk of radiation‐induced injury (e.g., radionecrosis).

The Application of PD‐1 Inhibitors in Immunotherapy for Glioblastoma
The molecular mechanism of PD‐1. When PD‐1 binds to PD‐L1, the ITIM and ITSM domains within PD‐1 are phosphorylated and subsequently recruit SHP‐2. This then dephosphorylates downstream molecules of the TCR, such as PI3K/AKT and ZAP70, reduces the secretion of IFN‐γ, and inhibits the presentation of antigens to T cells via MHC molecules through the ...
