The radioulnar ratio: A new method of quantifying distal radioulnar joint subluxation

The diarthrodial joint, in combination with the TFCC, ligament complex, and oblique fibers of the distal interosseous membrane, permit rotation while preserving stability and transmitting the load borne by the radiocarpal joint to both bones of the forearm.
