Clinical Interpretation of Platelet Activation Marker sCLEC‐2 in Antiphospholipid Syndrome
Journal of Clinical Laboratory Analysis, EarlyView.Soluble C‐type lectin‐like receptor 2 (sCLEC‐2), a marker of platelet activation, was evaluated in patients with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). Plasma sCLEC‐2 levels and the sCLEC‐2/D‐dimer ratio were significantly elevated in APS compared with other collagen diseases and healthy controls.
