A Low-Complexity Start–Stop True Random Number Generator for FPGAs
This paper introduces a low-complexity start–stop true random number generator (TRNG) utilizing jitter in ring oscillators (ROs). Incorporating phase detectors enhances entropy extraction from the same number of ROs.

On Markov Processes with Random Starting Time
The paper deals with Markov processes which have both random starting and terminal times. Such processes were suggested by G. A. Hunt, were constructed by L. L. Helms (under the name Markov processes with creation and annihilation) and were treated also by M. Nagasawa and the author.

Estimating the Largest Eigenvalue by the Power and Lanczos Algorithms with a Random Start
This paper addresses the problem of computing an approximation to the largest eigenvalue of an n x n large symmetric positive definite matrix with relative error at most ε. Only algorithms that use Krylov information [b, Ab, . .. , Akb] consisting of k matrix-vector multiplications for some unit vector b are considered.

Pediatric Idiopathic Multicentric Castleman Disease Is Often Severe But Responsive to Siltuximab
ABSTRACT Background Idiopathic multicentric Castleman disease (iMCD) is a potentially fatal immunologic disorder marked by widespread lymphadenopathy and inflammation. Siltuximab, an interleukin‐6 (IL‐6) inhibitor, is the only FDA‐approved treatment for adult patients with iMCD.

ABSTRACT Pediatric intramedullary low‐grade gliomas (PIMLGGs) are rare neoplasms that present unique clinical and management challenges. Although surgery remains the primary tool for tissue diagnosis and decompression, complete gross‐total resection is frequently unfeasible due to the infiltrative nature of these lesions.

ABSTRACT Febrile neutropenia (FN) is a frequent and serious complication in children receiving cancer therapy. Standardizing FN management across Asia is challenging due to variable healthcare infrastructure, diagnostic capacity, and infection patterns; however, it could improve resource use and patient outcomes.
