Iterated function systems with a given continuous stationary distribution

open access: yes, 2012
For any continuous probability measure $\mu$ on ${\mathbb R}$ we construct an IFS with probabilities having $\mu$ as its unique measure-attractor.Comment: 7 pages, 3 ...

Random attractors and nonergodic attractors for diffusions with degeneracies

open access: yes
We consider a diffusion on a bounded domain, assuming that the system is irreducible inside the domain and that the diffusion has varying degree of degeneracy on the domain's boundary. The long-term statistical properties of typical trajectories started inside the domain may be governed by one invariant measure or more than one invariant measure.

Long Term Behavior for a Class of Stochastic Delay Lattice Systems in Xρ Space

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2020
In this paper, we focus on the asymptotic behavior of solutions to stochastic delay lattice equations with additive noise and deterministic forcing. We first show the existence of a continuous random dynamical system for the equations.

Glymphatic Dysfunction Reflects Post‐Concussion Symptoms: Changes Within 1 Month and After 3 Months

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) may alter glymphatic function; however, its progression and variability remain obscure. This study examined glymphatic function following mTBI within 1 month and after 3 months post‐injury to determine whether variations in glymphatic function are associated with post‐traumatic symptom severity ...

Cognitive Status in People With Epilepsy in the Republic of Guinea: A Prospective, Case–Control Study

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective People with epilepsy (PWE) may experience cognitive deficits but fail to undergo formal evaluation. This study compares cognitive status between PWE and healthy controls in the West African Republic of Guinea. Methods A cross‐sectional, case–control study was conducted in sequential recruitment phases (July 2024–July 2025) at Ignace ...

Developmental, Neuroanatomical and Cellular Expression of Genes Causing Dystonia

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Dystonia is one of the most common movement disorders, with variants in multiple genes identified as causative. However, an understanding of which developmental stages, brain regions, and cell types are most relevant is crucial for developing relevant disease models and therapeutics.

Random attractors for stochastic retarded reaction-diffusion equations with multiplicative white noise on unbounded domains

open access: yesOpen Mathematics, 2018
In this paper we investigate the stochastic retarded reaction-diffusion equations with multiplicative white noise on unbounded domain ℝn (n ≥ 2). We first transform the retarded reaction-diffusion equations into the deterministic reaction-diffusion ...

Fractal Dimension for the Nonautonomous Stochastic Fifth-Order Swift–Hohenberg Equation

open access: yesComplexity, 2020
Some dynamics behaviors for the nonautonomous stochastic fifth-order Swift–Hohenberg equation with additive white noise are considered. The existence of pullback random attractors for the nonautonomous stochastic fifth-order Swift–Hohenberg equation with
