Regulatory Dynamics on Random Networks: Asymptotic Periodicity and Modularity
We study the dynamics of discrete-time regulatory networks on random digraphs. For this we define ensembles of deterministic orbits of random regulatory networks, and introduce some statistical indicators related to the long-term dynamics of the system ...

Advanced glycation end products promote the release of endothelial cell‐derived mitocytosis
Under diabetic conditions, AGEs induce mitochondrial damage in HUVECs, activating migrasome‐mediated mitocytosis. Migrasomes encapsulate damaged mitochondria and are released into the extracellular space, facilitating intercellular mitochondrial transfer.

Strange Nonchaotic Attractors in Random Dynamical Systems [PDF]
Whether strange nonchaotic attractors (SNAs) can occur typically in dynamical systems other than quasiperiodically driven systems has long been an open question. Here we show, based on a physical analysis and numerical evidence, that robust SNAs can be induced by small noise in autonomous discrete-time maps and in periodically driven continuous-time ...

We obtained potential bacterial laccase‐like multicopper oxidase (LMCO) sequences through metagenomic sequencing. All sequences exhibited significant differences from known LMCOs in databases. To select the most promising candidates, we performed structure prediction and molecular docking using alphafold2, metal3d and rosetta.

Random templex encodes topological tipping points in noise-driven chaotic dynamics [PDF]
Random attractors are the time-evolving pullback attractors of stochastically perturbed, deterministically chaotic dynamical systems. These attractors have a structure that changes in time, and that has been characterized recently using {\sc BraMAH} cell complexes and their homology groups.

Random attractor for stochastic reversible Schnackenberg equations
Asymptotic dynamics of stochastic reversible Schnackenberg equations with multiplicative white noise, which is a typical trimolecular autocatalytic reaction-diffusion system on a three-dimensional bounded domain with Dirichlet boundary condition, is ...

Development of 4T1 breast cancer mouse model system for preclinical carbonic anhydrase IX studies
Carbonic anhydrase IX (CAIX) is a well‐recognised therapeutic target and prognostic biomarker in cancer. We developed and characterised a robust murine breast cancer model system that is suitable for CAIX studies in vitro and in vivo—it comprises both CAIX‐positive and CAIX‐negative controls and provides a solid platform for the comprehensive ...

On random attractor of semilinear stochastically perturbed wave equation without uniqueness
In this paper we investigate the dynamics of solutions of the semilinear wave equation, perturbed by additive white noise, in sense of the random attractor theory. The conditions on the parameters of the problem do not guarantee uniqueness of solution of

The Global Random Attractor for a Class of Stochastic Porous Media Equations [PDF]
We prove new L 2-estimates and regularity results for generalized porous media equations “shifted by” a function-valued Wiener path. To include Wiener paths with merely first spatial (weak) derivates we introduce the notion of “ζ-monotonicity” for the ...
