Hyperosmotic stress triggers the relocation of the CFIm complex from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. This shift creates a nuclear ‘stoichiometric bottleneck’, limiting CFIm availability for mRNA processing. Consequently, specific mRNAs like NUDT21 and DICER1 undergo targeted 3′UTR shortening, demonstrating how spatial protein dynamics drive rapid ...

We first introduce the concept of the random uniform exponential attractor for a jointly continuous non-autonomous random dynamical system (NRDS) and give a theorem on the existence of the random uniform exponential attractor for a jointly continuous ...

IGFBP4 knockdown (KD) impairs preadipocyte proliferation and is associated with IGF1R protein downregulation and attenuated AKT phosphorylation. The mechanisms by which IGFBP4 KD influences the IGF1R/AKT signaling pathway involve newly synthesized proteins and lysosomal degradation pathways. Created in BioRender.

The narrow recurrence of random dynamical systems
Summary: Let \((\Omega ,\mathcal{F},\mathbb{P})\) be a probability space, where \(\mathcal{F}\) is countably generated, and \(X\) be a Polish space. Let \(\varphi\) be a random dynamical system with time \(\mathbb{T}\) on \(X\). The skew product flow \(\{\Theta_{t},\ t\in\mathbb{T}\}\) induced by \(\varphi\) is a family of continuous operators acting ...

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.

A Note on Covariance Stationarity Conditions for Dynamic Random Coefficient Models [PDF]
In this note we look at sufficient conditions for stationarity of a simple random coefficient model and find that this model is guaranteed to be stationary under strict conditions. J.E.L.

Simple Rules of a Discrete Stochastic Process Leading to Catalan-like Recurrences
A method for obtaining integer sequences is presented by defining simple rules for the evolution of a discrete dynamical system. This paper demonstrates that various Catalan-like recurrences of known integer sequences can be obtained from a single ...

Impact of Asymptomatic Intracranial Hemorrhage on Outcome After Endovascular Stroke Treatment
ABSTRACT Background Endovascular treatment (EVT) achieves high rates of recanalization in acute large‐vessel occlusion (LVO) stroke, but functional recovery remains heterogeneous. While symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH) has been well studied, the prognostic impact of asymptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (aICH) after EVT is less certain ...
