RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Upper semicontinuity of random attractors for non-compact random dynamical systems
The upper semicontinuity of random attractors for non-compact random dynamical systems is proved when the union of all perturbed random attractors is precompact with probability one.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Learning dynamical systems with hit-and-run random feature maps
We show how random feature maps can be used to forecast dynamical systems with excellent forecasting skill. We consider the tanh activation function and judiciously choose the internal weights in a data-driven manner such that the resulting features ...

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Random Attractors for Stochastic Retarded Reaction-Diffusion Equations on Unbounded Domains
This paper is devoted to a stochastic retarded reaction-diffusion equation on all d-dimensional space with additive white noise. We first show that the stochastic retarded reaction-diffusion equation generates a random dynamical system by transforming ...

Random attractors for stochastic two-compartment Gray-Scott equations with a multiplicative noise
In this paper, we consider the existence of a pullback attractor for the random dynamical system generated by stochastic two-compartment Gray-Scott equation for a multiplicative noise with the homogeneous Neumann boundary condition on a bounded domain of
