Radiotherapy (RT) response depends on the DNA repair capacity of tumor and host cells. We show that circulating tumor cell (CTC) counts and apoptosis rates before and after RT predict treatment response and outcome, which can be accessed via easily accessible liquid biopsy approaches. Created in BioRender. Wikman, H.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Isolated cycles of critical random graphs [PDF]
Consider the Erdos-Renyi random graph G(n, M) built with n vertices and M edges uniformly randomly chosen from the set of n2 edges. Let L be a set of positive integers. For any number of edges M 6n/2 + O(n 2/3 ), we compute – via analytic combinatorics –

The critical mean-field random cluster model
In this thesis we study the mean-field random cluster model, a random graph model in which, relative to the Erdős–Rényi model, graphs are biased to have a greater or lesser number of components, such that, in essence, large-deviations behaviour of the ...

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Critical random graphs : limiting constructions and distributional properties [PDF]
We consider the Erdos-Renyi random graph G(n, p) inside the critical window, where p = 1/n + lambda n(-4/3) for some lambda is an element of R. We proved in Addario-Berry et al.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Exponential Random Graphs: mean-field approximations and limit theorems
reservedThis thesis deals with a class of Random Graphs (RGs), the Exponential Random Graph model (ERGM). RGs can reproduce emergent connectivity properties of real world networks such as social networks, populations, molecular systems, neural networks.

Predecessors and successors in random mappings with exchangeable in-degrees [PDF]
In this paper we characterise the distributions of the number of predecessors and of the number of successors of a given set of vertices, A, in the random mapping model, TnD^ (see Hansen and Jaworski (2008)), with exchangeable in-degree sequence (D^1,D^2,
