Staggered chiral random matrix theory
We present a random matrix theory (RMT) for the staggered lattice QCD Dirac operator. The staggered RMT is equivalent to the zero-momentum limit of the staggered chiral Lagrangian and includes all taste breaking terms at their leading order.

Duality in non-Hermitian random matrix theory
We consider 9 Gaussian matrix ensembles characterized by single symmetry among the 38-fold symmetry classification classes of non-Hermitian random matrices, and establish exact duality formulae of certain observables between them.

Phiclust: a clusterability measure for single-cell transcriptomics reveals phenotypic subpopulations
The ability to discover new cell phenotypes by unsupervised clustering of single-cell transcriptomes has revolutionized biology. Currently, there is no principled way to decide whether a cluster of cells contains meaningful subpopulations that should be ...

Beyond universality in random matrix theory
In order to have a better understanding of finite random matrices with non-Gaussian entries, we study the $1/N$ expansion of local eigenvalue statistics in both the bulk and at the hard edge of the spectrum of random matrices.

Quartic Anharmonic Oscillator and Random Matrix Theory [PDF]
In this paper the relationship between the problem of constructing the ground state energy for the quantum quartic oscillator and the problem of computing mean eigenvalue of large positively definite random hermitean matrices is established.

An Introduction to Wishart Matrix Moments
These lecture notes provide a comprehensive, self-contained introduction to the analysis of Wishart matrix moments. This study may act as an introduction to some particular aspects of random matrix theory, or as a self-contained exposition of Wishart ...

Tensor product random matrix theory
The evolution of complex correlated quantum systems such as random circuit networks is governed by the dynamical buildup of both entanglement and entropy.

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.
