Through HPLC–MS/MS analysis and multivariate statistics, raphani semen (RS) varieties with high functional components were screened. The white raphani semen “Xuebawang” was identified as ideal for further study due to its high bioactive content: glucoraphenin (9010.27 mg/100 g), glucoraphanin (1027.76 mg/100 g), sulforaphane (66.14 mg/100 g), and ...

Long‐distance seed dispersal by ocean currents plays a critical role in structuring coastal plant communities. As direct observations of this phenomenon are infeasible, numerical modeling is a valuable tool. Here, we use Lagrangian particle tracking to examine the colonization of the newly forming island Norderoogsand (German Bight, Wadden Sea) by five

The influence of nickel sulphate on some physiological aspects of two cultivars of Raphanus sativus L. [PDF]
In this study two cultivars of radish Raphanus sativus cv. longipinnatus (white radish) and Raphanus sativus cv. Cherry Belle (red radish) were treated with different concentrations of nickel sulphate (0.0-50-100-150-200 ppm). The fresh and dry weight of

A sprayable POE‐based sorbent formulated with a green solvent blend of α‐pinene, D‐limonene, and p‐cymene enables rapid in situ film formation via solvent evaporation, allowing efficient pollutant capture. The system exhibits high oil uptake (37.3 g g−1) and effectively removes up to 60 mL of VLSFO under simulated marine spill conditions.

Abstract BACKGROUND Water scarcity and soil salinization are major constraints to irrigated agriculture in semi‐arid regions, affecting crop productivity and fruit quality. Combining deficit irrigation with biostimulant application has emerged as a promising strategy to improve water use efficiency and plant stress tolerance.
