Multilayered Sporadic‐E Response to the Annular Solar Eclipse on June 21, 2020
A moon shadow of annular solar eclipse passed through East Asia in the afternoon on June 21, 2020, which was a good opportunity to study the rapid ionospheric response to the solar radiation variations. In the study, the high‐frequency echoes recorded by

Short Time Scale Variability of Active Galactic Nuclei: Einstein IPC Observations of PKS 2155–304 - A Report of Rapid Variations of Instrumental Origin [PDF]
The Einstein IPC observed the bright (5 mCrab) X-ray emitting BL Lac Object PKS 2155-304 on 1979 November 4th and 5th through 7th and on 1980 May 16th through 18th. A total of 17.4 hours were spent monitoring the source. Changes in intensity of between 10–50% are evident in the data for time scales of days and months.

ABSTRACT Background Central nervous system (CNS) involvement in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is assessed by cell counting and cytomorphology from cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and is used for treatment stratification worldwide. The ratio of “CNS2” patients in clinical trials ranges from 3% to 40%, with unclear prognostic significance ...

The influence of timeshift on ciradian rhythm of sensitivity to X-irradiation in mice [PDF]
For two groups of male C3H mice an eastbound transmeridional flight was simulated by inducing a time shift of the L:D schedule of 8 hr. The assumed flight brought about a maxima) reduction of the daily light and dark span, respectively.

The ionospheric response to flux transfer events: the first few minutes [PDF]
We utilise high-time resolution measurements from the PACE HF radar at Halley, Antarctica to explore the evolution of the ionospheric response during the first few minutes after enhanced reconnection occurs at the magnetopause. We show that the plasma

ABSTRACT Immune effector cell‐associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis‐like syndrome (IEC‐HS) is a life‐threatening hyperinflammatory toxicity distinct from cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and neurotoxicity following chimeric antigen receptor T‐cell (CAR‐T) therapy. In a single‐institution retrospective cohort of pediatric and young adult patients

Adjustment of the basin-scale circulation at 26° N to variations in Gulf Stream, deep western boundary current and Ekman transports as observed by the Rapid array [PDF]
The Rapid instrument array across the Atlantic Ocean along 26° N provides unprecedented monitoring of the basin-scale circulation. A unique feature of the Rapid array is the combination of full-depth moorings with instruments measuring temperature ...

A Bibliometric Analysis of Publications in Uremic Toxins From 1991 to 2024
ABSTRACT Background Uremic toxins are a growing area of research in nephrology, with significant implications in the progression and treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and the management of end‐stage kidney disease (ESKD). This bibliometric analysis aims to evaluate the global research trends, key contributors, and the impact of publications in ...
