Optical spectroscopy study on CeTe$_3$: evidence for multiple charge-density-wave orders

open access: yes, 2010
We performed optical spectroscopy measurement on single crystal of CeTe$_3$, a rare-earth element tri-telluride charge density wave (CDW) compound. The optical spectra are found to display very strong temperature dependence.

KOH-Assisted Molten Salt Route to High-Performance LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 Cathode Materials

open access: yesMolecules
A simple and cost-effective route based on a KOH-assisted molten salt method is designed here to synthesize LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 spinel. Pure-phase LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 can be successfully prepared using chlorides as raw materials and adding KOH at 700 °C.

Improved surface acidity of CeO2/TiO2 catalyst by Cu doping to enhance the SCR catalytic activity

open access: yesScientific Reports
The catalyst is based on CeO2 cannot be widely used in SCR reaction because of its poor NH3 adsorption performance. In this study, Cu-doped CeTi catalyst was designed. The results show that the CeTiCu0.3 has a wide active temperature window of 200–450 °C
