Rarefied gas dynamics serves as an essential bridge connecting molecular-scale motion to macroscopic fluid transport behavior, with broad applications in spacecraft re-entry flight, hypersonic aerodynamics, and micro/nano-scale transport.

ABSTRACT Background Type 1 plasminogen deficiency (PLGD‐1) is an ultra‐rare autosomal recessive disorder caused by variants in the PLG gene and affects approximately 1.6 individuals per million. The condition is characterized by decreased plasminogen levels and impaired function, resulting in fibrin‐rich lesions on mucous membranes throughout the body.

The Role of “Adult‐Onset” Cancer Predisposition Genes in Pediatric Cancer: A Comprehensive Review
ABSTRACT Current literature estimates that 10% of pediatric cancers are caused by pathogenic or likely pathogenic (P/LP) germline variants in cancer predisposition genes (CPGs). Variants in CPGs thought to increase cancer risk exclusively during adulthood are referred to as “adult‐onset” CPGs (aoCPGs).

ABSTRACT A lethal round‐cell malignancy with an MN1::ZNF341 fusion has recently been reported in three infants. Here, we describe four further tumors, three in newborns (including monozygotic twins), and one in an adolescent. Detailed clinical, radiological, and histopathological data differentiate these tumors from their main mimics, neuroblastoma and

Asymptotic Theory of Rayleigh Problem in Rarefied Gas [PDF]
The asymptotic theory of Rayleigh shear flow for large values of time is developed on the basis of the linearized Boltzmann-Krook equation. Asymptotic equations for mean velocity outside the Knudsen layer are obtained by employing the Hilbert expansion ...

Immunoglobulin Depletion and Recovery Following Blinatumomab in Infants With KMT2A‐Rearranged ALL
ABSTRACT Adding blinatumomab to standard chemotherapy for infants with KMT2A‐rearranged acute B‐cell lymphoblastic leukemia (KMT2A‐r B‐ALL) improves outcomes. Although blinatumomab impairs immunoglobulin G (lgG) production, increasing infection susceptibility, IgG recovery remains poorly understood.

Molecular tagging velocimetry of NH fluorescence in a high-enthalpy rarefied gas flow [PDF]
In this paper a new type of molecular tagging velocimetry based on NH fluorescence was developed and validated for the velocity measurements of a high-enthalpy rarefied gas wind tunnel where the maximum flow velocity exceeds 6 km/ s near the nozzle exit ...

Evaporation Boundary Conditions for the Linear R13 Equations Based on the Onsager Theory
Due to the failure of the continuum hypothesis for higher Knudsen numbers, rarefied gases and microflows of gases are particularly difficult to model.
