The first case of Reel Syndrome in a dog after pacemaker implantation: A case report
Australian Veterinary Journal, EarlyView.Reel Syndrome is a rare complication of permanent pacemaker implantation, characterised by the rotation of the device around its transverse axis, which causes the lead to coil around the generator and displacement, leading to pacing dysfunction. This report presents the first documented case of Reel Syndrome in a dog.

Why Have CEO Pay Levels Become Less Diverse?
The Journal of Finance, EarlyView.ABSTRACT This paper documents a new stylized fact: the cross‐sectional variation in CEO pay levels has declined precipitously in recent years. We offer one explanation for this decline, namely, firms are increasingly benchmarking CEO compensation to industry peers closest in size, thereby creating pay clusters.
