Non-Linearities, Large Forecasters And Evidential Reasoning Under Rational Expectations [PDF]

open access: yes
Rational expectations is typically taken to mean that, conditional on the information set and the relevant economic theory, the expectation formed by an economic agent should be equal to its mathematical expectation.

Construction of Sabatier Volcanoes for CO2 Hydrogenation to C1‐2 Oxygenates Using Data‐Efficient Machine Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A new data‐efficient framework combining DFT calculations, a neural network model, and automated graph analysis of catalytic reaction networks is proposed and applied to CO2 hydrogenation on transition metal nanoparticles. The analysis shows how efficient C2 oxygenate production requires a balance between CHx formation, C–C coupling, protonation, and ...

Factors Related to Women\'s Fertility Intent: A Study Based on the Theory of Rational Action

open access: yesJournal of Holistic Nursing and Midwifery, 2017
Introduction: Over the past few decades, we have seen a major decline in fertility in Iran and in the world. A wide range of social, economic and personality factors, including delayed marriage, fertility behavior, educational and economic goals have ...

Closed‐Loop Radiative Cooling Mulch Upcycled From Agricultural Residues for Efficient Soil Heat–Water Stress Mitigation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Conventional passive radiative cooling films rely on costly feedstocks and energy‐intensive fabrication, with poor end‐of‐life compatibility in agriculture. To address this challenge, a sustainable radiative cooling mulch (SRCM) is developed from waste maize leaves via spontaneous hydrogen‐bond self‐assembly.

RATIONAL EXPECTATIONS AND MONETARY THEORY: AN INVESTIGATIVE PAPER[1960 - 1989] [PDF]

open access: yes
SINCE 1930, EXPECTATIONS HAVE PLAYED AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN ECONOMIC THEORY AND THIS IS BECAUSE ECONOMICS IS GENERALLY CONCERNED WITH THE IMPLICATIONS OF CURRENT ACTIONS FOR THE FUTURE.

Machine Learning‐Assisted KCl‐CaCl2‐LiCl Electrolyte Design for Low‐Temperature, High‐Performance Calcium‐Based Liquid Metal Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A machine learning‐assisted framework optimizes the KCl‐CaCl2‐LiCl ternary electrolyte. The optimized 13:35:52 mol% composition enables Ca‐based liquid metal batteries to operate stably at 480 °C, with >99.5% coulombic efficiency, ultralow self‐discharge, and excellent cycling stability, advancing low‐temperature large‐scale energy storage.

Multiferroic‐Centric Materials and Systems Engineering for Battery Applications: An Insight Into Mechanisms, Strategies, and Characterizations

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Multiferroic order parameters – polarization, magnetization, and ferroelastic strain – are positioned as dynamic design variables for batteries. Their mechanistic roles, practical tuning through fabrication and external fields, and ferroic‐resolved characterization routes are unified into a closed‐loop framework, revealing how coupled ferroic responses

Monetary Instruments and Policy Rules in a Rational Expectations Environment [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper explores the implications of rational expectations and the aggregate supply theory advanced by Lucas (1973) for analysis of optimal monetary policy under uncertainty along the lines of Poole (1970), returning to a topic initially treated by ...

Adaptive Coordination Engineering for Efficient and Robust H2 Release

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
β‐H elimination is a pivotal but challenging step in homogeneous formic acid dehydrogenation reactions due to strict hydride‐metal matching. By using a rationally designed Pd1Ag2 bimetallic system with adaptive Pd1‐Ag2/L2 coordination and formate bridges, it enables boosted formic acid dehydrogenation under ambient air (7.7 times higher than a Pd ...
