Astronomische Nachrichten, EarlyView.ABSTRACT We describe a pilot study to explore a new generation of fast and low noise CMOS image sensors for time domain astronomy, using two remote telescopes with a baseline of 1635 km. Integrated biorefinery for cellulosic ethanol and spherical nanolignin production from coconut waste
Biofuels, Bioproducts and Biorefining, EarlyView.Abstract Green coconut waste was subjected to different fractionation methods to obtain integrated lignin nanoparticles and cellulosic ethanol. Pretreatment with gradual addition of dilute sulfuric acid provided a higher structural hemicellulose precursor yield (68.2%).

Metabolomic investigation of cisplatin‐induced acute kidney injury in paediatric cancer patients
British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, EarlyView.Aim Cisplatin causes acute kidney injury (AKI) in approximately 46% of paediatric cancer patients who receive it. Serum creatinine (SCr) is a poor biomarker of cisplatin nephrotoxicity, because there is a delay between cisplatin infusion and SCr elevation.

Pharmacokinetic profiling of imatinib in relation to CYP3A4 activity in leukaemia patients
British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, EarlyView.Aim Imatinib pharmacokinetics exhibit large interindividual variability because of differences in CYP3A4 activity—the main imatinib‐metabolizing enzyme. While therapeutic drug monitoring is effective, it requires steady‐state conditions and frequent sampling.
