Molecularly Engineered Dual‐Crosslinked Polymer Dielectrics for 200 °C Capacitive Energy Storage

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
This work establishes a molecular engineering strategy that constructs a robust dual‐crosslinked network in polymer nanocomposites, achieving a record‐high energy density of 5.17 J cm−3 with >90% efficiency at 200 °C. The multiscale‐validated design simultaneously enhances dielectric polarization and introduces deep electron traps, resulting in ...

Building a distributed infrastructure for scalable triple stores

open access: yes, 2009
Built specifically for the Semantic Web, triple stores are required to accommodate a large number of RDF triples and remain primarily centralized. As triple stores grow and evolve with time, there is a demanding need for scalable techniques to remove ...

Lattice‐Strained Cu2O‐Ni/NiO Heterostructure Enables Selective Electrocatalytic C–C Coupling of Alcohols to Cinnamaldehyde in Aqueous Medium

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
This study achieved the selective oxidation C–C coupling of PhCH2OH with EtOH to form cinnamaldehyde (CAL) on a designed Cu2O‐Ni/NiO heterojunction catalyst. By employing a salt precipitation strategy to balance the pH and cation concentration, an 86% conversion rate of PhCH2OH and a 67% high selectivity for CAL were realized.

Using Triple-Space Computing for communication and coordination in Semantic Grid

open access: yes, 2006
Triple Space Computing is a new communication and coordination paradigm for Semantic Web Services. It has been achieved by extending Tuple Space Computing to support RDF as Triple Space Computing and then use it for communication in Semantic Web Services.

Composite materials based on dual network cross‐linking for flexible sensors

open access: yesFlexMat, EarlyView.
Utilizing hydrogen bond lithium bond dual network structure to effectively enhance the rapid self‐healing properties of flexible ionic materials. Abstract The further development of flexible ionic materials is limited by the evaporation or leakage of their internal liquid state. This article presents a composite flexible ionic material with no internal

PRSC: From PG to RDF and back, using schemas

open access: yesSemantic Web
Property graphs (PG) and RDF graphs are two popular database graph models, but they are not interoperable: data modeled in PG cannot be directly integrated with other data modeled in RDF. This lack of interoperability also impedes the use of the tools of one model when data are modeled in the other.

A Method for Identifying Rainfall‐Runoff Events at Sub‐Hourly Time Scales: Applications for Nature‐Based Solutions and Water Resources

open access: yesRiver Research and Applications, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Understanding how changes in catchment conditions affect ecohydrology in response to rainfall‐runoff events is crucial when developing informed strategies to enhance flow resilience, restore natural habitats, interpret water quality data or reduce flood risk.

An Indexing Scheme for RDF and RDF Schema based on Suffix Arrays

open access: yes, 2003
. The Semantic Web is a candidate for the next generation of the World Wide Web. It is anticipated that the number of metadata written in RDF (Resource Description Framework) and RDF Schema will increase as the Semantic Web becomes popular.

On Ranking RDF Schema Elements (and its Application in Visualization)

open access: yes, 2007
Ranking is a ubiquitous requirement whenever we confront a large collection of atomic or interrelated artifacts. This paper elaborates on this issue for the case of RDF schemas.

RNA‐DNA Fusomer Fibers With Customizable Physicochemical, Mechanical, and Biological Properties for Next‐Generation Therapeutics

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT We introduce RNA‐DNA fusomers, a new class of chemically synthesized oligonucleotides that combine the versatile properties of RNA and DNA within a single sequence and self‐assemble into higher‐order functional structures via a simple one‐pot annealing reaction.
