Elevated Hemoglobin A2: A Molecular Revisited, and Implications to β‐Thalassemia Screening

In Thailand, the Hb A2 cut‐off value for β‐thalassemia carrier has been changed from 4.0% to 3.6% since 2015. We examined the molecular basis of β‐thalassemia in a large cohort of Thai subjects with this change. A New Diagnostic Approach Using the NLR/LMR Ratio in the Differential Diagnosis of Neck Masses: Hematologic Evaluation of Patients With Cervical Lymphadenopathy

This study evaluates complete blood count–derived inflammatory ratios for differentiating lymphoma from benign cervical lymphadenopathies. The novel NLR/LMR ratio demonstrated superior diagnostic performance (AUC = 0.71, OR = 4.6) compared with conventional indices.

Effect of Epigallocatechin Gallate Supplementation on Inflammation, Iron Status, and Metabolomic Profiles in Women With Obesity: A Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial

In this 8‐week double‐blind pilot RCT, 400 mg/day EGCG in women with obesity produced favorable trends in cholesterol and stable iron status without significant changes in inflammation or glucose.
