From Single Atoms to Nanoparticles: Pathways Toward Efficient and Durable Pt/TiO2 Photocatalysts
Platinum single atoms on TiO2 nanosheets evolve into clusters and nanoparticles under ethanol photoreforming and thermal treatments. By controlling deposition and post‐treatments, particle size and location on specific facets are modulated. The study reveals how stability pathways determine efficiency, guiding the design of more durable photocatalysts.

The strength of reaction sintered .BETA.-sialon.
The high density β-sialon was fabricated under the presence of SiO vapor. The increase in the amount of excess Al2O3 over “balanced” sialon composition increased the density of sintered sialon and the amount of intergranular X-phase.The bending strength of reaction sintered β-sialon was measured from room temperature to 1400°C.

A fully transparent, all‐metal‐oxide neuromorphic transistor using a sodium‐embedded alumina (SEA) electrolyte is demonstrated. By precisely tuning the thermal annealing process, the chemical composition of the SEA layer is controlled, allowing for the deterministic realization of both short‐term and long‐term synaptic plasticity within the same device
