Power system optimal reactive power dispatch using evolutionary programming
IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, 1995This paper is concerned with application of evolutionary programming (EP) to optimal reactive power dispatch and voltage control of power systems. Practical implementation of the EP for global optimization problems of large-scale power systems has been considered. The proposed EP method has been evaluated on the IEEE 30-bus system.
