Association Between Reactive Strength Index and Metabolic Cost of Running in Male Master Athletes
International Journal of Sports Physiology and PerformancePurpose: To examine the association between reactive strength index (RSI) and metabolic cost of running (MCr) in master athletes. We hypothesized that individuals with a higher RSI would exhibit a lower MCr, that both variables would be associated, and that age would moderate this relationship.

Performance of Contemporary Dancers in Drop Jump Test Assessed by Reactive Strength Index
2019The aim of this research was to analyze the reactive strength index of contemporary dancers during the execution of a drop jump test. Sixteen contemporary dancers (24.2 ± 3.9 years old, 1.62 ± 0.05 m height, 57.7 ± 6.8 kg mass, 15.6 ± 3.1 time of practice) took part in the study.
