This study reveals a unique active site enriched in methionine residues and demonstrates that these residues play a critical role by stabilizing carbocation intermediates through novel sulfur–cation interactions. Structure‐guided mutagenesis further revealed variants with significantly altered product profiles, enhancing pseudopterosin formation. These

Theory of weakly nonlinear self sustained detonations
We propose a theory of weakly nonlinear multi-dimensional self sustained detonations based on asymptotic analysis of the reactive compressible Navier-Stokes equations.

Modelling magnetism of C at O and B monovacancies in graphene
The presence of defects can introduce important changes in the electronic structure of graphene, leading to phenomena such as C magnetism. In addition, vacancies are reactive and permit the incorporation of dopants.

Synthesis, characterization and application of novel bisazo reactive dyes on various fibers
Ten hot brand bisazo reactive dyes (D1 to D10) have been synthesized by coupling bis(diazotised), 4,4'-methylene bis(2,6-dichloroaniline) (A) with various 5-sulfo anthranilo cyanurated coupling components (R) and their dyeing performance as ...

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Fair Clearing of Reactive Power Market
In this paper, new reactive power market structure is studied and presented. Active power flow by itself causes active and reactive losses. Considering reactive losses of active power flow in the reactive power market without paying any costs is the main

Voice reactive biomimetic structure
The paper presents a Biomimetic Structures Reactive to Voice Commands (BSRVC). By sending voice commands the BSRVC will achieve the different emotional states. These states are controlled by a negative feedback control system with changed reference for each emotional state.

Exploiting metabolic adaptations to overcome dabrafenib treatment resistance in melanoma cells
We show that dabrafenib‐resistant melanoma cells undergo mitochondrial remodeling, leading to elevated respiration and ROS production balanced by stronger antioxidant defenses. This altered redox state promotes survival despite mitochondrial damage but renders resistant cells highly vulnerable to ROS‐inducing compounds such as PEITC, highlighting redox

The LINC01116 long noncoding RNA is induced by hypoxia and associated with poor prognosis and high recurrence rates in two cohorts of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Here, we demonstrate that besides its expression in cancer cells, LINC01116 is markedly expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells of the tumor stroma in which it participates in hypoxia ...
