CEACAM1 participation in breast cancer progression
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.In invasive breast cancer (BC), CEACAM1 shifts from an apical to a uniform membranous/cytoplasmic pattern, or is lost, as tumors dedifferentiate, inversely tracking the Ki‐67 proliferative index. In MCF‐7 cells, only CEACAM1‐4L suppresses proliferation, repressing cell cycle and growth factor genes.

Detection of Chlamydia trachomatis from Urine Sediment by PCR Diagnostic Reagent Kit
Journal of the Japanese Association for Infectious Diseases, 1997 Chlamydia trachomatis detection by both swab CHLAMYDIAZYME and urine sediment AMPLICOR were performed on 61 males and 54 females who were suspected to have C. trachomatis genital infection (CTGI). Positive agreement between swab CHLAMYDIAZYME and urine sediment AMPLICOR was good, 96.9% in males and 96.6% in females. Negative agreement was 100% in males
