BackgroundReal‐time (RT) phase contrast (PC) flow MRI can potentially be used to measure blood flow in arrhythmic patients. Undersampled RT PC has been combined with online compressed sensing (CS) reconstruction (CS RT) enabling clinical use. However, CS RT flow has not been validated in a clinical setting.PurposeEvaluate CS RT in phantom and patients ...

Numerical schemes of intensive blast wave propagation in large scale complex enviroments
A compressible multiphase flow numerical scheme, induced from the multi- component diffuse interface model with arbitrary number of materials, is established to simulate the interaction between distinct materials under extreme conditions.

ABSTRACT Traditional wearable exoskeletons rely on rigid structures, which limit comfort, flexibility, and everyday usability. This work introduces the fundamental technologies to create the first soft, lightweight, intelligent textile‐based exoskeletons (Texoskeletons) built using 1D sensors and actuators.

A 2D Navier-Stokes method for unsteady compressible flow calculations on moving meshes
A moving mesh method for the computation of compressible viscous flow past deforming and moving aerofoils is described. It is based on a well established time-marching finite-volume scheme, which has been widely used for steady compressible flows.

This paper presents a digital microfluidics‐based technique for transferring and reconfiguring soft nanomembranes. Laser‐machined nanothin membranes are picked up, transported, and aligned via tailored surface tension and the actuation of water droplets, enabling the development of flexible electronics, the integration of functional materials on 3D ...
