Recalcitrant warts, caused by human papillomaviruses (HPVs), can be a cutaneous manifestation of inborn error of immunity. This study investigated the clinical manifestations, immunodeficiency, single-gene susceptibility, and HPV repertoire in a consanguineous family with severe sinopulmonary infections and recalcitrant warts.
