In vitro generation of regulatory T cells: A challenging tool for studying immune aging in humans
In vitro induction of human regulatory T cells using standard protocols generates suppressive, Foxp3‐expressing CD4+ T cells independently of TGF‐β supplementation and donor age. Regulatory T (Treg) cells play a key role in immune tolerance and homeostasis.

Antigen-induced aggregation and modulation of receptors on hapten-specific B lymphocytes*
Mouse spleen cells were subjected to a fractionation procedure designed to enrich for 4-hydroxy-3-iodo-5-nitro-phenylacetyl (NIP)- or DNP-specific B lymphocytes, which depended on adherence of specific cells to a layer of hapten-gelatin at 4 degrees C ...

Chronobiology of Cancer: How Aging Fuels Oncogenesis at the Molecular Level
This graphical abstract illustrates the key biological pathways linking aging with cancer development and progression. In the upper left, cumulative exposure to ultraviolet radiation, toxins, and reactive oxygen species (ROS) causes DNA damage and genomic instability, whereas age‐related decline in repair mechanisms, such as ATM/ATR, BER, and NER ...

Long‐Term Efficacy of Immunotherapy in Autoimmune Autonomic Ganglionopathy—A 10‐Year Follow Up Study
ABSTRACT Objective Autoimmune autonomic ganglionopathy (AAG) is a rare but potentially treatable cause of severe autonomic failure. Evidence guiding long‐term immunotherapy, treatment sequencing, and residual autonomic impairment is limited. We evaluated long‐term treatment response, residual autonomic dysfunction, and relapse patterns in patients with

How B cell receptors and Toll-like receptors collaborate in shaping B cell responses
Antigen recognition by B cells results in their activation followed by specific antibody production. These events are initiated by antigen binding to their surface B cell receptors (BCR) which triggers both signalling and internalization of the ...

Inebilizumab in AQP4‐Seropositive NMOSD: One‐Year Follow‐Up From a Multicenter, Real‐World Study
ABSTRACT Objective Real‐world evidence on inebilizumab among neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) patients is lacking. This study assessed inebilizumab among Chinese patients with aquaporin 4 autoantibody (AQP4‐IgG)‐seropositive NMOSD in a real‐world setting.

Use of monoclonal antibodies to study alloreactivity and T cell development in Xenopus [PDF]
This study investigated T-cell surface antigenic changes in the spleen of Xenopus following in vivo and in vitro allergenic challenge, using novel mouse monoclonal antibodies (mAb's) against all T cells (CDS), the putative ɑβ-T cell receptor (TCR), the ...
