Uhrf1‐Mediated PKM2 Degradation via Ubiquitination Alleviates Inflammation and Pyroptosis in Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Uhrf1‐mediated PKM2 ubiquitination and degradation repressed the nuclear translocation of PKM2, and EPT served as a molecular glue capable of targeting the Uhrf1–PKM2 complex to alleviate the IBD course, suggesting that the Uhrf1–PKM2 axis was a previously unrecognized strategy for treating IBD.

The Adipose‐Sympathetic Nerve Crosstalk: FSTL1 as an Adipocyte‐Derived Neurotrophic Factor for WAT Browning

As a novel adipose‐derived neurotrophic factor, Follistatin‐like 1 is endocytosed by sympathetic neurons primarily via tropomyosin‐related kinase B. This process promotes sympathetic innervation in adipose tissue and norepinephrine release, leading to white adipose tissue browning, enhanced thermogenesis, and anti‐obesity effects in mice.

2018-02We report a case of a patient with T1 rectal cancer, which recurred locally after 10 years from the primary operation. A 78-year-old woman was diagnosed with rectal cancer. Transanal excision (TAE) was performed in December 2006.

MicroRNA‐941 Acts as a Novel Prognostic Predictor and Oncogenic Driver in Colorectal Cancer

Upregulation of miR‐941 was a promising diagnostic and prognostic biomarker for CRC patients. Inhibition of miR‐941 significantly suppressed CRC cellular events and triggered ferroptosis. The oncogenic functions of miR‐941 were mediated through targeting TRPS1.
