[Ultrasonographic study of rectal carcinoid tumors].
To compare intraluminal ultrasonographic (ILUS) findings with histological findings of rectal carcinoid tumors, 35 patients with rectal carcinoid tumors were reviewed. The results were as follows: 1) The rectal wall was visualized as a seven- or nine-layer structure by means of ILUS in 81% of the patients.

Oxaliplatin‐resistant colorectal cancer cells utilize a previously unappreciated PLK1‐CEP55‐ESCRT‐driven vesicular extrusion mechanism to clear L‐OHP‐induced cellular damage. The natural withanolide Tubocapsenolide A directly targets and inhibits PLK1 to disrupt this specific damage‐clearance machinery. This blockade induces severe nucleolar stress and

This study develops a multimodal deep‐learning model that integrates clinical variables and histopathological images to predict survival outcomes in colorectal cancer. The multimodal model effectively stratifies patients into low‐ and high‐risk groups, demonstrating superior accuracy and generalizability across multiple independent cohorts.

The study integrates density functional theory with radiochemical and biological validation to compare DOTA‐, PSC‐, and DOTAM‐based chelator‐conjugates for 203Pb/212Pb theranostic applications. Distinct differences in metal coordination, electrostatic properties, conformational flexibility, cellular uptake, biodistribution, and dosimetry are identified
