INDUCTOR SYSTEM WITH ATTRACTING SCREEN AND RECTANGULAR SOLENOID [PDF]

open access: yesAvtomobilʹnyj Transport (Harʹkov), 2017
A theoretical investigation of electromagnetic processes in the working zone of the inductor system with the attracting screen and rectangular solenoid is carried out. The calculated ratios for eddy currents excited by oppositely directed currents of the

Finite Element Analysis of Fluid Flow through the Screen Embedded between Parallel Plates with High Reynolds Numbers

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, 2021
This paper provides numerical estimation of Newtonian fluid flow past through rectangular channel fixed with screen movable from 10° to 45° by increasing the Reynolds number from 1000 to 10,000.

Numerical analysis of laminar flow and heat transfer through a rectangular channel containing perforated plate at different angles

open access: yesEnergy Reports, 2022
We intend to investigate numerically non-isothermal fluid flowing through a rectangular channel containing a perforated plate called screen with fixed refraction as well as the resistance coefficient.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

The orientation of homing pigeons (Columba livia f.d.) with and without navigational experience in a two-dimensional environment. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2017
Homing pigeons are known for their excellent homing ability, and their brains seem to be functionally adapted to homing. It is known that pigeons with navigational experience show a larger hippocampus and also a more lateralised brain than pigeons ...

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...
